We begin with a fresh salad, then guide you through the art of making handmade corn tortillas, before preparing the mole from scratch—discovering the secrets of its chiles, spices, and traditional techniques.

At the end of the class, we gather around the table to enjoy the dishes we’ve created together on our private terrace, located just above the Mask Museum, in a setting filled with history and flavor.
