Please join us at the JC3 for our annual CHANUKAH CELEBRATION.
There will be games, latkes, drinks served up by a bartender, singing, dancing, two bands and our very own Judeo-Arabic and Ladino band led by Mario Moya, featuring singer Malki Ramos and visiting darbuka drum player, Patty Magid-Volk. And of course, we’ll partake in eating lots of latkes, drinking adult and light beverages, and lighting candles. Upstairs, the children will hear the story and play dreidel games, draw and sing, and then join us downstairs for the annual piñata dreidel smashing.
Remember to bring vegetarian food to share with others at the party, and your own menorah and candles. Also please bring canned, and boxed food which will be used to build our traditional community menorah. The food will be donated to So Others May Eat.
Most importantly bring yourselves.
