Weโre thrilled to introduce Contact Improvisation, a fresh and exciting class now offered at our studioโled by the wonderful Heather! This improvisational form of movement invites dancers of all levels to explore physical connection through shared weight, touch, momentum, and gravity. Itโs a dynamic blend of dance, physical awareness, and mindful play, rooted in a rich tradition dating back to the 1970s ๏ฟผ.
In Heatherโs class, youโll learn to listen to your partner, trust your body, and discover new ways to move togetherโwhether youโre a seasoned mover or entirely new to dance. Every session promises creative discovery, playful exploration, and a supportive, welcoming atmosphere.

*Class is for adults ages 18 years old and up.
