New Works Series: Heart's Beating by Ryan Polk

Heart’s Beating tells the story of Will, a gifted storyteller who loses his heart (literally), and must go on a crazy quest in a fantastical world to get it back. Along for the ride are his loving boyfriend, a shifty demon, a ghost from his past, and some surprising familiar faces. However, the journey unearths many of Will's secrets, which may spell disaster for both his relationship and his life.

Join us Saturday June 7th at the San Marcos Public Library for a dramatized reading of playwright Ryan Polk’s work!

Engage in the creative process with an optional Q&A with the playwright and creative team after the reading.
