Please bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing,This intimate healing circle is a sanctuary for your nervous system, where you'll be guided through Reiki energy, soothing sound frequencies, and a deep return to self. Come as you are—leave feeling renewed, seen, and supported. Enjoy herbal tea and light snacks. A sound bath and energetic healing. We end the session in reflection and cente gratitude
