Greetings from the Mothership

“Greetings from the Mothership” is an exhibition of paintings, drawings, sculptures, and sewn work by Kassandra Palmer. Inspired by her experience of motherhood, these works explore psychological themes of childhood and parenthood, especially themes of delight, absurdity, grief, and existential dread.

Imagery of butterflies, profiles in silhouette, moons, houses, trees, skies, and wood grain characterize the work.
