New Moon Breath and Yoga Practice

Join us for a special practice focusing on connecting with the breath, Asana Poses including forms and balances then wrapping it all up in an inner peace bundle with some mindful Meditation! This practice is generally held at an outside location in San Juan Bautista as weather permits. If the weather doesn't permit we'll advise you of location in San Juan Bautista. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow or borrow one of ours!Suggested donation for class is $12.
