Gentle/Restorative Yoga Class

In this half hour class you will be taken thru a gentle yoga practice focusing on synchronizing your breath with slow movement and yoga poses. During class pranayama breathing techniques will be introduced with some time for grounding and meditation. It is an entry level class. Please bring a mat, pillow, block and strap or borrow one of ours! $10 per class or $8 for an 8 class plan. Please register through the website to reserve your spot!
