Yoga in the Garden
Growing Through Movement

Join us for outdoor yoga at Buchanan Community Garden this summer! This three-part series moves with nature's rhythm - from celebration to mindfulness to renewal.

🧘‍♀️ All levels welcome - no experience needed!

SUMMER SCHEDULE:
June 21: SOLAR FLOW -- Summer Solstice Celebration
July 12: PAUSE & BLOOM -- The Art of Slowing Down
August 16: ROOT TO RISE -- Yoga + Compost Workshop

Connect with nature, yourself, and our garden community in one of Evergreen's most treasured settings!

Space limited to 10 participants during inclement weather.

Bring: Mat (some extras available), water, weather-appropriate layers
