SAN FRANCISCO BAY/SAN JOSE, CA - Join TI Senior Coach Stuart McDougal for this two-day course takes you through Total Immersion foundational drills and methods for full stroke mechanics, resulting in a freestyle that is faster, easier, and more efficient. We have worked with athletes from beginner to collegiate, Olympian, channel swimmers and pro triathletes. Max participants: 4-6 swimmers. New and improved workshop format adhering to all Covid CDC recommended safety guidelines. All activities (swim, rehearsals, on-deck video review) will be at an outdoor pool setting. Indoor classroom sessions will be over Zoom.
BASE SCHEDULE (Subject to minor revisions):

1. Thursday Eve (before workshop) - 6:00 pm: Zoom classroom with group. Presentation and overview, the science and physics of swimming, video examples and expectations (1 hour)
2. Saturday morning 8:30 am - 12:00 pm pool: First pool session, balance and stability skills, building the foundation of freestyle (and all strokes) and integrating into easy freestyle
3. Sunday morning 8:30 am - 12:00 pm pool: Focus on integrating new movement patterns and foundation of balance into freestyle, seamless breathing, tempo, addressing targets and goals for each swimmer.
4. Monday Eve (after workshop) - 6:00 pm: Zoom classroom with group. Final video review, Q & A
