The Embodied Therapeutic Seat

In this in-depth experiential workshop geared towards therapists, Yulia Abramova and Kari Prindle will invite connecting to the intelligence of the somatic body, tracking a variety of internal cues, and offering skills in staying present as a psychotherapist.

• Expand the psychotherapist’s capacity to track somatic cues
• Observe therapist’s transference, handles, and agendas
• Invite self-soothing therapist interventions
