Join us for a 60-minute sound bath designed to help you release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body. This session blends crystal singing bowls, grounding frequencies, and intentional stillness to guide you into a deep state of calm.

Perfect for anyone feeling overstimulated, burnt out, or simply needing space to reset. No experience needed, just come as you are.

• A padded or thick yoga mat
• Blanket

• NO LATE ADMITTANCE. Doors open at 11:45 AM and lock promptly at 12:05 PM. Please plan ahead for parking, check-in, and settling in.
• This is a phone-free, quiet space. Please silence your device and be mindful throughout the experience.
