[About the Teacher]
The creator of Silvestre Technique (www.silvestretraining.com), Rosangela has taught all over the world, fostering many artists and teachers who continue to develop and flourish in the arts of dance. Rosangela has a deep roots in Afro-Brazilian culture and symbolism such as Orixa dance movements as well as samba de roda and samba de caboclo.
With the principles of triangles; Intuition, Expression and Balance, along with the awareness of the elements of nature such as earth, water, air and fire, her dance training activates each one of our capacity to grow and express while conditioning and tuning in with our physicality.
