Process Art for Troubling Times

Let's gather as a community to gently notice the feelings that come up during these times. We'll create process art together, exploring how uncertainty feels in our bodies and finding ways to hold and give expression to these emotions.

Making art from our experience can really help when things are tough. It gives us a way to show and work through our thoughts, feelings, and how our bodies feel. It’s about letting our inner creativity and wisdom come forward, instead of worrying about what the art 'should' look like. As we explore, we might also notice feelings of loss and grief, as well as our connections to others and our own inner strength.
