Pops Annual Rib & Tri Tip BBQ Competition

The Biggest BBQ Competition in the Bay Area this Sunday August 17th at the San Jose Elks Lodge with some fantastic Competition BBQ teams vying for big $$$ in a Pork RIB & Tri Tip competition. Several of the teams will also be competing for the People's Choice by selling their competition product to the Public & hoping to gain your vote for the Win! People's Choice Team Tasting tickets are $30 for 6 samples & 1 vote. So come on out, meet & chat with the teams, pick up a few new skills check out some competition cooking rigs while enjoying both a Live band & a DJ the keep the day grooving. The Elk's will have a Full Bar & a food stand to purchase "FULL RACKS" of Ribs & Full BBQ plates, Nachos , Fresh Popped Pop Corn , deserts , corn & fresh lemonade.
