Molecular Meals: Summer BBQ

Enjoy a 4th of July picnic with a Tech spin, as you gather your friends and family to enjoy the tastes of summer in sphere form!
Using molecular gastronomy techniques, your group will hand-craft a spread of edible popping spheres inspired by favorite hot-weather flavors. Think pickles! watermelon! mustard…and more!
Participants will be given supplies to take away to continue creating at home! Places are limited so advance reservations are recommended.

Saturday, July 5, 2025 - 2 p.m.
Sunday, July 6, 2025 - 2 p.m.

Member price $15 per person, Non-member price $20 per person
Non-members must purchase General Admission Tickets in addition to workshop tickets
Workshop lasts 90 minutes

Ages: All ages welcome. Molecular gastronomists under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
