Iago & Ninna are coming back to the Bay! Come join us for workshops and social dancing!
Iago and Ninna are Brazilians from Vitória-ES, where they teach, DJ, and organize Zouk events. Iago started his dance journey at 14 years old, in 2010. He trained with great professionals like Jaime Aroxa, and Bruno Galhardo. Ninna started dancing in 2015 and partnered up with Iago in 2018.
Together, they are part of the Zouk Needs You team, led by Val and Vanessa, and have taught at several congresses and weekenders throughout Brazil, USA and Europe. Some of the major events they have taught at include Warsaw Brasil Carnaval, Berlin Brazilian Zouk Lambada United, Portugal Brazilian Zouk Festival, Holland on Fire, ZNY Rio, and Ramalhos Zouk Festival.
They are both licensed judges and competitors of BZDC's Jack & Jill. And they recently placed 3rd in the Zouk World Championship 2024 Originals category.
