Join us in honoring Mental Health Awareness Month at a special community event on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Northside Community Center in San José.
Hosted by the Grace Art and Wellness Program, this annual Open House and Resource Fair is a vibrant celebration of inclusion, healing, and connection. Discover the impactful work being done to support individuals living with mental illness, behavioral health needs, and homelessness. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore wellness resources, connect with local partner organizations, and learn more about Grace’s creative and recreational programming.
