Evening workshop: Print your own letterpress poster design, July 18

LETTERPRESS POSTER WORKSHOP - this Friday evening, July 18

Join us for a summer evening of letterpress printing at History Park, this Friday, July 18 from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. You can design and compose your own poster, choosing vintage wood type, ornaments, and engravings from our collection.

The summer evening natural light allows us to expand our work space outside in the shade behind the print shop. There will be up to six participants sharing two presses outside and one inside.

You will be able to print six or more copies of your poster as time allows, and be able to choose from three ink colors using handheld brayers. No previous printing knowledge is needed, but experienced participants can jump ahead in their work. $95 per person.
