Saturday - ABCDE Mixed Doubles, 40+, 45+, 50+ Mixed Doubles/Men’s Doubles/Women’s Doubles
Sunday - ABCDE Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles
Events may be combined depending on the amount of entries received.
*Tournament Directors reserve the right to adjust a participant’s event if deemed necessary.
Entry Fees:
For A Flight: $45 per person for the first event, $40 per additional event afterwards.
For all other flights: $35 per person for the first event, $30 per additional event afterwards.
Entries received after July 5th, 2025 will have an additional $10 late fee.
All payments will be made via Zelle: Van Pham (408-599-8538) and Venmo: @Vannieboy. Entries will only be deemed valid and placed into the main draws after payments for ALL events have been made. Prizes:
Cash Prize will be awarded for all A events.
Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, Semi-Finalists and Consolation Winners for every event in all flights.
BIRDS:
Birds will be provided for all A matches
Players must provide their own birds for matches in B, C, D, E, and Senior Events.
Regulations:
The tournament will be conducted in accordance with applicable BWF and USAB rules.
Events may be combined or played round robin format if not enough entries are received.
Consolation draws will be held for each applicable event.
Main round matches will be played in the best 2 of 3 games using the BWF Rally Point Scoring System.
Consolation matches will be one game to 21 except for Finals, which will be best 2 out of 3.
Participants will not be allowed to start their first match until all fees are paid.
A strict five minutes default rule will be enforced. A player not ready to play five minutes after his/her match is called will be forfeit by default.
On court warm-ups are restricted to 2 minutes.
Each player in a doubles partnership must register separately on Tournament Software. Incomplete partnerships will not be guaranteed a spot in the draws.
**NO SANDBAGGING** We have the right to alter your events if we feel like you do not fit in the appropriate flights. Players who make it to the Semis of the higher flight may be disqualified from the lower flight.
Teams must play in the flight of the higher ranked player. Multiple partners ARE NOT allowed.
2 flights maximum per event. Maximum 4 events per player. No jump flight. (For example, you may play C Womens Doubles (CWD), C Mixed Doubles (CXD), and D Mixed Doubles (DXD). You MAY NOT play CWD, CXD, and EWD.)
Women are allowed to sign up for men's flights, BUT men are not allowed to sign up for women's flights. A mixed pair may not sign up for any regular doubles flights.

There will be no lunch break. Please plan your food runs according to your match time, granted that players must be present 30 minutes prior to their match time.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to change any of the above conditions and/or add new regulations as they see fit.
