This ancient plant medicine has been used for centuries to gently awaken the heart, deepen inner awareness, and support emotional healing. Together, we’ll sip cacao mindfully, set intentions, and journey inward through guided meditation, music, and presence.

After the ceremony, we’ll open into a sharing circle—a safe, respectful space where you’re invited to share whatever is alive in your heart. Whether it’s a feeling, an insight, or simply your presence, all parts of you are welcome.
