• 15 to settle into silence • 30 shared silence • 15 to return to sound. • No talking. No phones. No music.

• Arrivals from 19:45; doors close at 20:00 • Minimal movement • Phones off and sealed • If you need to leave, exit quietly (no re-entry).
Who it’s for: Returning clients who want a clean practice container and newcomers curious to experience my work. No experience required.
What to bring: Openness, curiosity, and care. Optional: mat/blanket, warm layer, journal and pen.
