From stress to resilience - a 5-part somatic workshop series
Most stress advice tells you to “slow down” or “think positive.” This series is not about that.
Across 5 workshops, we’ll explore stress in a very different way - through the body. You’ll explore how your nervous system reacts, how breath patterns shape your energy, why shaking and sound help you release tension, and how radical rest restores balance more deeply than a holiday ever could.
Each session is 90 minutes of experience: a mix of short science insights and lots of somatic practice. Less talking, more doing. You’ll leave with tools you can use in everyday life - and a felt sense of what resilience means in your own body.
You can join a single workshop, or walk the full journey. If you book the whole series, you’ll also receive a free personal 1:1 session of 45 minutes with me to integrate the tools into your daily life.

I’m Fiona, a holistic practitioner and founder of "off the mat" in San Gwann. My work blends functional, physical-therapy inspired yoga, somatic stress release, and restorative practices with sound meditation.
