Neil Agius attempted his most demanding challenge yet: swimming a full loop around Gozo every day for seven days. In total, he covered more than 270 km in over 105 hours of swimming.
But this wasn’t about breaking records. It was about discovering what truly carries us through the hardest days and how we can build strength, clarity, and resilience in our own everyday lives.
At this special event, Neil will share the highs and lows and powerful lessons from the Gozo 7, opening a window into the Ocean Mindset: a set of simple tools you can use to face challenges with calm and presence.
🌬️ Experience the Power of Breath & Ice trays
Through guided breathwork and ice immersion for your hands, you’ll practice the same tools that fuelled Neil during the swim. Learn how to breathe through the intensity in real time. It’s a safe, accessible way to activate your nervous system, reset your mind, and expand your sense of what’s possible.
🥗 Brunch with Dr Juice
We’ll close the morning with a wholesome brunch served by Dr Juice. A moment to share, reflect, and connect as a community. There'll be a vegetarian option and cold press juices.
