We’re beyond thrilled to welcome back a true local legend—Chef Paul Groarke, the culinary mastermind who once turned a humble Outer Richmond dive bar into a nationally-celebrated foodie destination.

Before Goemon, there was Tee Off Bar & Grill, and at its heart was Chef Paul. From his decadent Crafty Mac & Cheese to his unforgettable comfort food creations, Paul earned praise from none other than Guy Fieri on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives.

Now, every Wednesday night, Chef Paul returns to the very spot where it all began—bringing back the iconic dishes that made him famous and introducing bold new flavors that push the boundaries of elevated American comfort food.

Badda Bing Italian Sausage Burger
A spicy Italian sausage patty topped with sautéed onions and bell peppers, marinara sauce, and melted provolone cheese—all served on a soft bun. It’s a Soprano-style flavor bomb that’s part mob fantasy, part culinary masterpiece.

2. Chef Paul’s Crafty Mac & Cheese – $24
Ziti pasta with crispy pancetta, Asiago, Romano, Parmesan, Swiss Gruyère, and mozzarella, baked in a cast iron skillet with heavy cream until gooey and golden.Served with strawberry-mixed Euro greens in a passionfruit vinaigrette.
