Your journey will begin with a Guided Heart Meditation to get you feeling relaxed and embodied. We will then do Breath Work to release what is no longer serving you, open your heart and expand your consciousness. After that, the Sound Bath!

You will enjoy an acoustic Sound Healing to activate and replenish your body's natural healing systems. Lisa uses a wide variety of ancient Sound Healing Instruments to guide you into a deep state of blissful relaxation and meditation that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and recalibrated.
