RCC Workshop for Charge Nurses & RN Preceptors

Clinical and team situations can be charged and challenging. This interactive 8-hour in-person Relationship-Centered Communication workshop will provide an opportunity for Charge Nurses and RN Preceptors from throughout the ZSFG Nursing Department to share with one another their current approaches while building on existing strengths to more consistently achieve effective, efficient, and rewarding communications. The strategies presented in RCC workshops are appropriate for clinical and intra-team communication. Many interdisciplinary teams have already engaged in the seminar with positive results.
