In this class, we’ll explore the duality of earth and water energies—combining the strong, grounded presence of earth with the fluid, soft, and smooth qualities of water. Through focused technique, body awareness, and partner connection, you’ll learn to lead and follow with intention, feeling, and flow. Whether you’re new to Tarraxo or looking to deepen your movement, this class invites you to move with power, grace, and authenticity.
