Find your groove as we explore fluid, dynamic movements in this all-levels vinyasa flow class set to deep, sultry, and hypnotic jazz and house music energy. Groove, swing, slide, or shimmy through your asanas in a way that feels organic and smooth, but also challenge yourself to try asanas that feel a little funky! Expect to focus on softening harsh edges, observing movement even in stillness, and finding the freedom to be creative in your practice.
