JAZZ DANCE WORKSHOP - LUCAS MAIA

This special jazz event with Lucas Maia offers two separate classes: Level I (11:45 AM – 12:45 PM) and Level III (1 PM – 2 PM) 💃. Each class focuses on different skills and intensity levels, so you can choose the one that matches your experience — or join both for the full experience! Please note: if you’d like to attend both classes, you’ll need to purchase two tickets (one for each class).

Meet the Artist: Lucas Maia

Lucas Maia is a Jazz professional trained at the renowned Raça Arts Center Professional Program. He is a talented dancer, teacher, and choreographer with Grupo Raça and Lapidari Núcleo de Artes, also teaching workshops across Brazil and internationally 🌍.

He has performed with respected dance companies such as Cia de Dança de Cubatão, Balé da Cidade de Santos, and Raça Cia de Dança. His work has earned awards at major festivals like Passo de Arte, Joinville Dance Festival, Dance World Cup in Argentina and Workshop at Orlando Dance Conservatory in 2024.

Lucas has also appeared in musical theater productions (Matilda – The Musical, The Bodyguard – The Musical), TV shows (The Masked Singer Brasil, O Coro on Disney+), and films. In 2025, he was named Best Choreographer at the Joinville Dance Festival—the world’s largest dance festival 🏆.
