Treasure Island is undergoing a dramatic transformation into San Francisco’s newest waterfront neighborhood, with exciting developments underway in 2025. Major infrastructure projects like a sustainably designed wastewater treatment plant and the Hillcrest Road Improvement project are supporting the island’s growth and resilience.
