Hive Collective: Customer Canvas - Create Your Own Customer Base

Honey Art Studio and Root Reach Rise have teamed up to create the Hive Collective, a space for leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who measure their success not only through income generation, but through community impact. If you are looking to launch a business or nonprofit, or if you are ready to refine your approach, join us for this four-hour session that will go beyond basic business development, creating authentic connections, opportunities to share knowledge, and reflect on what is holding you back as well as what can help propel you to the next level.

Ericka Scott of Honey Art Studio will use her expertise as a Business Consultant and Instructor as well as her skill set as a Creative Director to facilitate the conversations. Melody Hernandez of Root Reach Rise will share her knowledge as a Grant Consultant and Strategic Planning Facilitator to further guide discussions. 

This session is designed to help us identify, understand, and connect with our ideal customers. The Customer Canvas is a powerful tool that will guide us in envisioning our ideal customers, refining our offerings, and building a loyal customer base that aligns with our business values and goals.

Discover how to define and identify the community we want to serve. We’ll explore the importance of building a strong, engaged community that supports and interacts with our business.

Learn how to refine our services or products to meet the needs of our ideal customer or client. This session will help us adjust our offerings based on who they are and what will speak to them to ensure maximum appeal and satisfaction.

We will use a variety of art materials to bring our envisioned customer base to life. 

This is not your basic business development workshop! We will use art to explore this topic and integrate learning into a visualization of your goals. This approach is more than just simply creating a plan of action; having something physical to take home – something you can refer to as extra encouragement or as a reminder of the supportive group we’ve built within these sessions – can be incredibly powerful. All art materials used to express and bring our goals to life will be provided along with lunch!
