Group Hypnosis for Heart Coherence

Rachel will be teaching self-regulatory tools to optimize the participants overall sense of self... providing spaciousness and cultivating the compassion muscle starting with self-regulatory hypnotic tools.

Keep in mind that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and empowering people to feel in control of their experience is precedent in both private and group hypnosis sessions. This workshop will begin with tools to empower the participant, by learning how to create a hypnotic suggestion/an affirmation that allows the subconscious to easily and effortlessly digest. This will promote ways to release limiting beliefs around personal desires by activating end state energy and cultivate heart coherence, novelty, and dopamine without the critical faculty of the mind interjecting.

This workshop will include but not limited to:

Tools to self-regulate (science backed self-directed neuroplasticity)

Tools to support co-regulation

Partner practice

**and other thought pattern interrupts (which may include but not limited to EFT, Havening)

Sustainable forms of movement/free form movement to be a catalyst into YOUR Expression

Shaking medicine

Expanding awareness by noticing resistance through proprioception without judgement

Foster awareness in what you truly and deeply desire

Guided hypnosis by a certified trauma informed hypnotist to support your personal intention
