Gratitude Flow Yoga - Donation Based Class

Join us on this day of gratitude to gather in community, share in a practice that honors and gives thanks for all life and to this one shared earth home.

You will be guided through a soulful vinyasa flow with creative sequencing designed to open up your body, build strength and flexibility. The sand provides soft, forgiving ground and a great opportunity to practice balance! We welcome all levels of yogis to a practice and place that is healing, renewing, and inspiring.
