10th Annual Get Your Rear In Gear 5K Walk/Run – Sunday, August 3, 2025

Join us at Lake Merced, Sunset Parking Lot in San Francisco for a fun, family-friendly 5K that raises critical funds and awareness in the fight against colorectal cancer. Whether you walk, run, or cheer from the sidelines, every step makes a difference!

All funds stay in our community—helping uninsured people get screened, supporting patients, and educating the public. 
• Honor & remember: Customize a sign for The Blue Mile to celebrate loved ones affected by colorectal cancer.
• Be part of a movement: Join North America’s largest grassroots colorectal-cancer awareness event.

Every dollar brings us closer to ending colorectal cancer in our community. Let’s Get Our Rear In Gear together!
