CLASS SCHEDULE:

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Racquel (TeamCautiion)
Start your day with raw feminine power and precision as Racquel brings her signature boldness and energy to the floor.


12:45 PM – 2:15 PM
Pancho (TeamCautiion)
Bring the fire with Pancho’s high-intensity, full-body choreography, straight from the roots of Kingston dancehall.


2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Hannah (Ultimate Girls)
Close it out strong with fearless flavor and flow as Hannah delivers a high-vibe, empowering session you won’t forget.
