Free capoeira class in San Francisco

Can’t make it on 5/6? No problem: we offer this class on the first Tuesday of each month. The next one will happen June 3rd.

This is a once-per-month opportunity to train for free with group and see what we’re all about. Focusing on the fundamentals of ABADÁ-Capoeira technique, this class is the perfect place for beginners, as well as continuing students looking to review and hone the basics. Participants must pre-register in advance. Warming up with the class is critical, so new students are asked to arrive early as they will not be allowed to join the class after it has begun. Open to teens (13+) and adults of all levels.
