Exercise for Balance, Cardio, and Strength + Social Hour

Join the Merced Extension Triangle's Community Connector neighborhood weekly exercise and social hour. Our hour exercise class leader takes everyone through warm-up, movement (think well paced aerobics) for cardio & balance, and strength building with bands and light weights. His playlists are good too!
