Most of us were never taught how to truly harness our sexual energy. We received surface-level education on sex, but not on the power, healing, and vitality that lie beneath. In this workshop, we return to the body — not as an object of desire, but as a temple of sacred energy.

Elements of Tantra is a monthly exploration of Tantric and Taoist practices, rooted in breath, movement, and touch. Each month introduces a new theme, while always returning to the same foundation: conscious embodiment, energetic connection, and loving presence.

Sexual energy is life force. When cultivated intentionally, it becomes a source of healing, creativity, and empowerment. This month, we’ll explore how to activate, refine, and channel this sacred energy through breathwork, Thai-inspired bodywork, and conscious touch — solo or partnered.

Whether you’re single or partnered, new to Tantra or seasoned, this experience is a chance to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and deepen your relationship to trust, touch, and turn-on.

• Learn how to feel, move, and direct energy through your body

• Explore Thai-inspired touch as a gateway to connection and awakening

• Practice solo and optional partner exercises to activate your chakra system

• Strengthen your relationship with your own sexual and emotional energy

• Create heart-centered connections in a space rooted in consent and safety

• Experience both playfulness and depth in your journey of embodiment

🧘‍♂️ About the Facilitator – Abhi Veldurthy

Abhi has been practicing sacred sexuality since 2016, beginning with a 10-day intensive on Sexual Qi Gong with Grandmaster Mantak Chia. Since then, he’s trained in Hunyuan Tai Chi (Chen Style), Gratitude Training, Energy Healing and Conscious Leadership. He founded TantraSF to bring a modern, embodied approach to ancient Tantric wisdom.

With a background as a public speaker and comedian, Abhi brings a unique mix of humor, depth, and heart to his events — creating experiences that are both transformative and fun. His teachings invite you to connect to the limitless love and power already within you.
