Originally considered a flaw, this recipe has now travelled far beyond the Abby’s of Champagne to produce sparklers of quality and value all over the world.
Join me for a tasting exploring the wonderful world of sparkling wine! In this tasting, we dive into the climate, geography and production methods necessary for quality sparkling wine production. We will chart the course from still wine to the finished product, all while learning facts about the region and winemaker.
