Academy Prosper: Yoga For EveryBody with Steven

Join us for Yoga for EveryBody led by instructor, Steven—a welcoming session for all levels and bodies, held on the 3rd Tuesday.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this class offers a gentle yet invigorating flow to build strength, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation.

Modifications are provided so you can move at your own pace in a supportive, judgment-free space. Come as you are, breathe deeply, and find your flow. See you on the mat!


5:00pm — Doors Open

5:30pm — Event Begins (approximately 1 hour)


SUPPLIES:
While we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and water, we will have limited mats available, as well as a water station.


CLASS FEE:
- FREE for Academy Members & Academy Daylight Subscribers
- $20 Non-Member
