In this immersive session, you’ll be guided through the body’s seven main chakras—the energetic centers that influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through the healing tools of voice toning, bija mantras, mudras, and guided visualization, you’ll learn how to attune your energy from within.

Facilitator Bio:

Virpal Kaur – Reiki Master, Wild Woman Circle Leader, Rainbow Warrior

Virpal is a traditional Reiki Master rooted in the Usui lineage and a lifelong seeker of truth, deeply connected to the Sikh tradition. As a guide and facilitator, she supports individuals on their healing journeys—helping them return home to themselves, reclaim their power, and embody authenticity, personal sovereignty, and alignment with their highest truth.

Drawing on the teachings of her lineage and ancestors, Virpal blends ancient wisdom with modern healing practices. Her offerings include 1:1 Reiki sessions (in-person and virtual), Reiki trainings, Women’s Circles, Reiki Sound Healings, Medicine Ceremonies, retreats, and transformational workshops. She integrates the healing power of mantras and sound, guiding others to connect with their inner voice, access ancestral wisdom, and align with heart-led intentions.

With a deep devotion to community, Virpal is also reconnecting with the harmonium and the sacred practice of Kirtan—honoring her heritage while cultivating spaces of unity, healing, and remembrance.
