Join us for a heart-opening journey where movement, breath and sound come together to help you reconnect with the unconditional love that lives within you.
We will begin with Ecstatic Dance, inviting you to gently arrive in your body through free movement. This is a space to express yourself naturally, release tension and connect your movement with your breath. As the music guides us, you’ll be encouraged to listen deeply to your body and move in a way that feels authentic and liberating.
From this embodied space, we will transition into a guided Breathwork Journey. Through conscious breathing, we will explore and awaken the love that exists within us a love without conditions, judgment or limits. This practice allows the heart to open, emotions to flow and awareness to expand.
We will close our experience with a moment of gratitude and a gentle sound journey, allowing integration, relaxation and grounding before returning to the day.
