VSCO Photo Walk — San Diego Comic Con

We’re hitting the streets of San Diego during Comic-Con weekend for a golden-hour photo walk. Bring your unique perspective and favorite camera - phones included! All skill levels are welcome.

• 5:30pm - Meet up by the Seaport Village Carousel, also known as the Fair Park Looff Carousel. 857 W Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101.
• Walk along the Embarcadero for views of San Diego Bay & downtown.
• Cut across to W Harbor Dr. near the Convention Center for some Comic-Con street photography.
• Head up 5th Ave through Gaslamp Quarter.
• 7:30pm - End at Tacos El Gordo. Feel free to hang out and grab a bite to eat!

Reggie Ballesteros - Reggie is a Filipino-American engineer turned San Francisco Bay Area-based photographer and content creator. After a decade of shooting weddings professionally, he shifted his focus to education with a mission to teach 1 million people how to become photographers. Known for making complex photography concepts feel simple, Reggie shares approachable tutorials on Instagram and YouTube, and is the creator of the viral Fujifilm film simulation recipe “Reggie’s Portra.” Whether online or in person, he’s committed to creating inclusive spaces where people can learn, connect, and grow as photographers.

Zach Hodges - With 20 years of experience in photography, Zach Hodges is a founding team member at VSCO, where he has built the iconic presets. Before VSCO, he ran a successful photography business in Southern California, and produced records for Tooth & Nail in Seattle. Now, as VSCO’s photography evangelist, Zach engages with creators, shaping conversations around photography and creativity, while fostering a vibrant community of visual storytellers.
