☀️ Sunday Funday: Mid-Summer Stretch, Sip & Swap!

Join us for a vibrant mid-summer gathering collaborating with the 𝕋𝕨𝕚𝕟𝕖 & ℝ𝕚𝕤𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕋𝕙𝕣𝕚𝕧𝕖 ℂ𝕠𝕞𝕞𝕦𝕟𝕚𝕥𝕚𝕖𝕤!

Start with a 30-minute all-levels yoga session, then sip on traditional and zero-proof mimosas while mingling, snacking, and swapping summer faves.

✨ 𝔹𝕠𝕟𝕦𝕤 ℍ𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕤:

Sara Silberstang, Founder of the 𝕄𝕚𝕟𝕕 𝔹𝕠𝕕𝕪 𝕃𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝕊𝕥𝕦𝕕𝕚𝕠 will be leading the All Level Vinyasa session.

Amber Crocker will share an inspiring 𝔽𝕖𝕟𝕘 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕚 chat to help you declutter your space—and your energy.

𝕊𝕨𝕒𝕡 𝔼𝕩𝕡𝕝𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕖𝕕:
With the theme being “Summer,” bring gently-loved items like beach bags, sundresses, sun hats, accessories, etc. Bring 1-5 items, and in the spirit of “decluttering” we highly encourage leaving with less than you bring. We’ll donate what’s left to a local charity.
