Join us for a community hike beginning at Jerabek Park to the trails along Pomerado Rd. SR12 and SR25 heading east to Semillon Blvd. then loop back to the west on the Paula Oquita Trail SR22 ending on Scripps Trail for breakfast at the French Oven.
We will assemble for check in and a safety brief at 8 am on Sunday morning, June 8. Why so early? To beat the heat and to get to the French Oven while its still breakfast :-)
This hike is about 2.5 miles and will take us about 1.5 hours. The trails are mostly level with some moderate uphill sections. Wear trail shoes and bring water and sunscreen. We will point out plants and birds we see along the way. If we have a larger group will will split into smaller groups.
