Come out for a donation-based vinyasa yoga class in the park led by Kaia Lynn. This class meets every Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30AM. Come as you are ♡
What to bring: a yoga mat and water (optional: a towel, set of blocks, sunscreen)

Passionate about optimal heath, Kaia Lynn blends yogic wisdom with her health coaching services as a holistic approach to wellness. A dedicated yogi since age 11, her enthusiasm for the practice is infectious and will encourage you to stay committed through a spirited and active flow. Prioritizing exploration and alignment, Kaia’s classes create space to learn, deepen your practice, and strengthen connection to self.
