Join local activists and PETA supporters for a vital protest on Boycott SeaWorld Day to demand an end to SeaWorld's degrading treatment of animals. Appalling abuse forms the foundation of SeaWorld’s breeding program. At SeaWorld, dolphins and whales, are confined for life, sometimes drugged, forcibly impregnated, crowded into small tanks, and forced to perform. SeaWorld must start relocating these animals to seaside sanctuaries, where they can live in expansive ocean areas with human care as needed.
In March 2016, SeaWorld announced it would end its orca breeding program but that does nothing for other animals like beluga whales and other dolphins. SeaWorld San Antonio remains exploitative, including with its Discovery Point exhibit, which allows people to swim with dolphins for 30 minutes.
We need to continue putting pressure on SeaWorld to stop using animals for entertainment.
Join us to make our voices heard for these intelligent earthlings.
