Set in the beautiful and tranquil space of Oasis Under the Sun, this hour-long offering blends the calming vibrations of a sound bath with the loving energy of Reiki and the nurturing ritual of tea.

You’ll be guided through:

• A grounding meditation to settle your nervous system
• A restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies
• Reiki energy healing to release stagnant energy and support emotional balance
• A calming tea ceremony to complete your experience with intention and connection

This sacred hour is perfect for anyone seeking stillness, clarity, or simply a nurturing space to land before the busy week begins.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat

• Water

• Anything that helps you feel cozy: blanket, pillow, eye mask, or bolster

No prior experience with sound healing or Reiki is necessary. Just come as you are, and let this Sunday morning reset nourish your mind, body, and soul.
