The Root to Bloom Experience is a 2-hour restorative evening designed to help you unplug, breathe, and connect with yourself again—without needing to explain, perform, or push through.
This isn’t a lecture or a yoga class. It’s not a fix or a productivity hack.
It’s a soft place to land.
You’ll be guided through calming rituals, a gentle release practice, and a 75-minute story-based restorative yoga flow that follows the path of the lotus—from the mud, through the stillness, into your own version of peace.
This is for anyone who:
• Feels wired, tired, or “on” all the time
• Craves quiet but doesn’t know how to get there
• Is tired of surface-level self-care
• Needs a safe space to let it all go
• Wants to be a part of a healing community

💫 What You’ll Actually Do
Arrival + Atmosphere
Lavender in the air. Herbal tea. Simple snacks. A calm space to breathe before we begin.
Welcome + Grounding
Ease into the evening with warm lavender towels and a few quiet moments to settle in.
Guided Meditation
A short, peaceful practice to help you drop into your body and quiet your mind.
Release Practice
You’ll write down one thing you’re ready to let go of—and we’ll release it together.
The Lotus Rising (75 min)
A slow, supported restorative yoga practice told through movement and story. No experience needed—just breath, blankets, and being.
